Our Story
In 2005, Turner Surety and Insurance Brokerage, Inc. (TSIB) was founded by HOCHTIEF USA. We began as the broker for owners and general contractors on their Wrap-Up programs and to managed their Wrap Administration. Through the years our services have expanded to helping government agencies, municipalities, real estate developers, trade contractors, security firms, diverse businesses, and more. However, one thing has remained the same from when we started.
