Katalin Zsako has over 25 years of experience in project management, accounting, payroll, and vendor relations. As a Compliance Administrator at TSIB, she oversees contract-level monitoring to ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Her responsibilities include:
- managing certified payroll
- prevailing wage compliance
- workforce participation
- small business goals
- providing technical support to owners, agencies, and contractors
Prior to joining TSIB, Katalin held key compliance and analyst roles at Lendlease and Consigli Construction, where she audited certifications, managed payroll & payment reporting, and produced detailed compliance reports. Her work supported project teams in tracking MWBE/workforce metrics and maintaining documentation across platforms such as B2Gnow, LCP Tracker, and EMars.
Earlier in her career, Katalin served in engineering and cost management positions at Tutor Perini and Skanska. She handled subcontractor billing, cost forecasting, AIA billings, and MEUR/MWBE reporting. She also contributed to labor rate verification and change order negotiations, helping maintain contract compliance and cost control.
Katalin is fluent in English, Romanian, and Hungarian, and is highly proficient in platforms including Textura and SAP.
