Aaron Lavespere is a seasoned insurance professional with a strong background in risk management, technical brokering, and strategic advisory services. At TSIB, Aaron serves as a Senior Risk Advisor, supporting trade contractors across the United States.
He specializes in guiding clients through the process of qualifying for standard programs to cost-containment strategies like group captives and other specialty placements. He partners with contractors to uncover operational blind spots, implement strategies to drive down business risk creating a foundation for long-term success. With deep expertise in insurance brokerage and risk management, Aaron works closely with firms to:

With over a decade of industry experience, Aaron brings a sharp analytical mindset to every engagement. His consultative, data-driven approach has earned him the trust of mid-market contractors seeking smarter, more strategic alternatives to traditional insurance.
Prior to joining TSIB, Aaron held leadership roles at large national brokers, where he consistently ranked among top producers. He has placed insurance for ENR rated contractors for complex insurance programs, overseen due diligence for dozens of M&A transactions, and helped engineering and construction firms scale their risk operations alongside business growth. Aaron is CRIS-certified and frequently speaks at industry events including ABC, AGC, and CFMA.
Aaron believes in the power of relationships, both within the industry and beyond. Aaron is a graduate from Crown College and holds a Bachelor of Science. When he’s not working, Aaron enjoys traveling with his family, exploring new restaurants, and catching live music.
