Program Consultancy

Our DiversityAssured® Program will assist your organization by assessing, enhancing, and/or developing programs, and training your staff. We focus on one aspect of a program such as proposal/specification language, or we review all aspects of a program: Policies, procedures, proposal/specification language, recordkeeping, monitoring, etc. We will identify which program’s aspects are in compliance with application requirements or Owner’s program requirements and provide recommendations for areas in need of improvement. We perform follow-up services that assist your organization in achieving its objectives.
