I started with TSIB a little over 12 years ago, when our non-affiliated business was less than 5% and the number of employees totaled 25. To have the opportunity to be part of TSIB’s growth and success is an honor. I am proud to work for an organization that cares for their employees. TSIB has a strong sense of community and fosters a culture of caring, where I as an employee feel valued, appreciated, and respected.
