Before joining Aldrich, Nick started his career working with a large local firm in Portland, Oregon. His experience with sureties, bonding agents and bankers helps him provide the best financial statement services for his clients based on their reporting needs. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Engineering Contractors Association. Nick graduated from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo with a degree in business administration and a concentration in accounting.

Currently Jason serves as the President & Managing Director for Construction Insurance and Risk Captive of America (CIRCA), a Bermuda domiciled construction group captive. In his role he is responsible for the overall operations, management and coordination of service providers, marketing and structure of the captive. CIRCA represents 15 of the premier construction firms in the county.
